Location
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area, just 50 m from García Sanabria Park. It is just 5 minutes’ drive from the ferry port with regular crossings to the other islands. Tenerife North Airport is 14 km away. There are several bus stops within 5 minutes’ walk of the hotel.
Hotel facilities

This stylish, urban hotel with a spa is located in a colonial-style building. There are four restaurants on site: Los Menceyes, Papa Negra, Aborigen and Los Laureles. Los Menceyes restaurant at Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey serves a variety of local dishes. It is open for breakfast and dinner. Guests can also relax in the hotel’s Bar Casino or in the lobby bar.

For an additional charge, the spa offers more than 4,500 m² dedicated to caring for your body and mind. Unwind with a massage or the beauty, facial and body treatments at SPA Sensations. There’s a dynamic pool, whirlpool bath, Scotch hose, sauna, dry heat, foot bath and bubble beds.Entry is not permitted for children under 16. Guests between the ages of 16 and 17 years should be accompanied by an adult.

o If the booking is cancelled between 4 and 1 days before the arrival, the hotel charges 2 nights as a penalty,

o If the booking is cancelled with 24 hours before the arrival or no show, the hotel charges the full amount of the reservation.
